Taste: Welcome back! This bar is kind of dry, kind of sticky, and kind of tasty – just what you’d expect from an amalgamation of nuts pressure-fitted into the shape of a brick. It’s definitely not on the level of a FiberPlus Dark Chocolate Almond Bar, but if you like nuts, you’d be nuts to pass up this bar. (See what I did there?) 3 out of 5
That’s a perfect 5 of 5, that thing is spot on. As for the taste…3 out of 5 for 90 calories ain’t too shabby…most of the time those low-calorie things taste like sawdust.
I disagree. I’ve had both types of bars and I put these 90 calorie bars from Special K above the FiberPlus bars in taste. These are crispy, light and delicious. FiberPlus, while still tasty, are much more dense, making it a chore to finish one at times.
the strawberry ones are super good, my only complaint about these is that they’re gone in 3 bites.
