Healthy Choice makes some of the best "complete" frozen dinners that you can get for under 320 calories (some as low as 250, including dessert!) and 11oz or more of food. Almost none of the others provide enough food to be satisfying (unless they're high in calories). Many of the Healthy Choice meals are quite tasty (this one isn't my favorite, but it's pretty good and there really are at least two or three decent sized pieces of mushroom) and they're also not quite as ridiculously high in sodium as a lot of the other brands. When you can get them on sale, they're also a pretty good deal!

It looks like dog food. I would have given it a 1/5. (Some do manage to stomach down Alpo)
